Asking for help can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be.
Hi, I’m Silvana. I was born in Argentina but moved to Utah around age 9 and have stayed here ever since. Being the only English speaker in my family at the time gave me firsthand experience caring for others, even when the burden was too heavy to carry alone. As an adult, taking care of my aging parents has become a juggling act while also making sure I don’t forget to take care of myself. It’s hard, but it’s not impossible.
I came to this work through my own experience of always having it all together until I didn’t. Knowing there are others out there has helped a lot, but also having a safe space to talk about it without judgement. I want to create that safe space for you.
